I'm a first year Ph.D. student in the University of Bristol School of Mathematics. My supervisor is Philip Welch.

My research focuses on Set Theory, and in particular on the study of infinite games and Determinacy, the assertion that a certain game or class of games has a winning strategy. It turns out that this assertion, depending on what kind of game you're talking about, can be a strong one.
