I especially like this bit, the only panegyric about me I am aware of. Unfortunately it is in Italian, hopefully you will trust me you can find only nice things about me there (this is what you would expect from a good friend, regardless of what they may actually know about you ;)). Ever heard about the plumb line? Pisa is the world famous place for it to be unknown (at least a few centuries ago). This lack of knowledge though is possibly the reason for "Piazza del Duomo" being a World Heritage site. On a slightly less relevant note, Pisa also happened to be the site of my undergraduate studies in Telecommunication Engineering |
