Of the group's Research Themes, I am involved with Bayesian modelling and analysis, Monte Carlo methods, statistical bioinformatics and nonparametric regression. A recent particular interest was the BGX project.

Slides for the Bernoulli Lecture that I delivered at the 8th World Congress in Probability and Statistics, Istanbul, July 2012. Also available as a zip file.

My work has been highlighted by Essential Science Indicators, and by the University of Bristol: 1 | 2 | 3 , and is indexed by Google Scholar.
